- I am receiving the following error: "Exception
EReadError in module FOLDER-SNAP.EXE at .... Error reading imgToolbar.Bitmap:

the Microsoft

- I am receiving the following error: "The
dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll could not be found in the specified
path." or "Cannot find import;

This error will occur if you have an older version of Internet

- When trying to view the help file, an "Action
canceled" message is displayed.
If you downloaded the help file on its own from the website,
you will need to right-click on it and select Properties from
the popup menu. At the bottom of this screen is the option to
Unblock the help file. This is required because of a recent
security update to Windows. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896358
for details.
A similar issue will occur if you installed Folder-Snap onto
a network drive. In this case, however, the help file cannot
simply be unblocked. To solve the problem, the help file may
be copied to the local computer, or alternatively, the hhreg
utility may be used to enable access. See http://www.ec-software.com/products_hhreg.html
for details.
